By using Tafella to make a VIP hospitality booking, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Tafella provides a booking platform that lets you select VIP tables or hospitality packages for events and complete payment online.
Prices and inclusions are as shown at checkout. Payment is processed through a third-party checkout provider. A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (or other confirmation method shown for that event).
Cancellations, refunds, and changes are subject to the event promoter’s policy for that event. Tafella provides the booking software; the promoter sets the commercial terms for the experience.
You must provide accurate information and use the platform only for lawful bookings. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with other users or events.
Tafella provides the booking software. The event experience, venue conditions, and hospitality delivery are the responsibility of the event promoter or venue. To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Tafella’s liability for claims arising from use of the platform is limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
